Affordable Micro Event Suites are difficult to find in Harrisburg, PA. The Event Suite at Sweet Confections Cakes is the perfect location for Elegant Events such as Micro Weddings, Bridal and Baby Showers. We boast to be one of the best baby shower venues in the area. With our Do It Yourself Package (this is rental of the Event Suite only) the rate is affordable while you get to decide the look and feel of your event.

It's not always easy to say goodbye. Our venue can be remade into just about any theme your imagination and decorating skills can handle perfect for a celebration of life, repass or wake - known to many as our final way of saying goodbye. Schedule a tour today and see how we can help you say goodbye with a smile, not a tear. At The Event Suite we like to make it easier for families to make gathering arrangements. We provide a small facility to accommodate a maximum of 50 people to gather, talk and share fond memories. You can bring your own food and drinks, when necessary we can assist in coordinating catering. The Event Suite provides chairs and tables as well as bluetooth speaker, and microphone. In addition you can rent a projector and show movies to reflect on your love ones life.
Rates start at $425 for 5 Hour rental. We offer full day rental as well as hourly rates with a 5hour minimum.
Additional Expenses to keep in mind:
REFUNDABLE* Damage & Cleanup deposit: $500.00
Cleanup fee: $350.00(if necessary)
*Refundable deposit , if damage is incurred or you fail to clean the facility, the refund will be less the damage repair/cleaning fee. If it exceeds the $500 deposit you will be responsible for the difference.
Our do it yourself rate includes banquet chairs, round/rectangular tables, ceiling and wall draperies with lights, and Free abundant guess car packing… If you are looking for more such as beautiful Chandeliers, Coordinated balloon swags, Chocolate fountains, Custom Backdrops, a Bounce House or even a gorgeous Bridal Suite we offer Ala carte details or you might opt for one of our more detailed and extravagant packages which might already include many detailed add-ons that you are searching for.
The Event Suite does NOT require a catering license at our venue. You may bring your own food or hire your own caterer. We do NOT offer a food warming or food prepping area. We can NOT warm your food in our ovens NOR can we cool it in our refrigerators. Bringing hot food that needs to remain hot? Be sure to bring you own chaffing dishes. Don't forget the chafing dish fuel OR your serving utensil's.
Although we do not require you to select a particular caterer, we do require your event cake to be purchased through our bakery. Pricing as low as $75.00 for a single tier 8" round cake serving up to 20 people
