Silver Package

 

 

Room Rental,table linens and table runners,  balloon column, arch or swag and themed sheet cake. Don't worry also includes paper plates or utensils we provide color coordinated ones.  We offer a basic set-up however it does not include center pieces.  You are responsible for cleanup. 

 

The facility MUST be cleaned prior to leaving or a $350.00 cleaning fee will be charged.  If you exceed the 4 hours there will be a fee of $100.00 charged to the credit card on file for every hour that exceeds the 4 hour... Please note, if you stay over by 15 minutes you will be charged $50.00

 

Starts at $975.00 up to 40 people.  There is a $10.00 fee per person beyond 40.  We allow for exactly 40 chairs.

DIY package -

This package is for the undercover Event Decorator!  Those who enjoy event decorating or already have their decorations.  They just need a Venue to Host the event.  You must be a skilled decorator as there is a 4hour rental time which includes the setup, event time, and cleanup time.  So, if it takes you 2 hours to set-up, that leaves 1 hour for your event and 1 hour to cleanup. 
 

The facility MUST be cleaned prior to leaving or a $350.00 cleaning fee will be charged.  If you exceed the 4 hours there will be a fee of $75.00 charged to the credit card on file for every hour that exceeds the 4 hour...  Full day rental available, cost $650.00 allows for 8hr. rental.

Room Rental, table & chair linens, table runners, balloon  swag and themed 1/4 sheet cake. Also includes color coordinated paper plates and plastic utensils. We offer a basic set-up however it does not include center pieces.  You are responsible for cleanup. 

The facility MUST be cleaned prior to leaving or a $350.00 cleaning fee will be charged.  If you exceed the 4 hours (including time spent cleaning up) there will be a fee of $75.00 charged to the credit card on file for every hour that exceeds the 4 hour... Please note, if you stay over by 15 minutes you will be charged the full $75.00.

Starts at $975.00 up to 40 people.  There is a $15.00 fee per person beyond your contracted guest count. We allow 1 chair per contracted guest count and a maximum of 8 chairs per table.

PlatinumPackage

ALL inclusive complete setup, includes everything EXCEPT the actual food and drinks. Includes a 2 tier cake & 24 mini cupcakes.

 

Table and chair linens, balloon column, decorations, table center pieces, high quality disposable plates, napkins, utensils and chargers or table placemats.

Also includes risers for desserts, tall cocktail height tables, and a decorated area for photos.  Event duration will be determined and listed within the contract.      

We set-up and cleanup. The facility tables, chairs and floor MUST be cleared of food and debris prior to leaving or an excessive cleaning fee will be charged.  Although we clean up we do NOT expect the facility to be trashed.  Reasonable cleanup is required by the client.  As we do NOT offer maid service. If we must clear tables and pickup large amounts of food/trash with blatant disregard for property we WILL charge an excessive  cleaning fee of $350.00   

Starts at $1350.00 up to 40 people.  There is a $25.00 fee per person beyond your contracted guest count.  We allow 1 chair per contracted guest and a maximum of 8 chairs per table.
