Silver Package

 

 

Room Rental,table linens and table runners,  balloon column, arch or swag and themed sheet cake. Don't worry also includes paper plates or utensils we provide color coordinated ones.  We offer a basic set-up however it does not include center pieces.  You are responsible for cleanup. 

 

The facility MUST be cleaned prior to leaving or a $350.00 cleaning fee will be charged.  If you exceed the 4 hours there will be a fee of $100.00 charged to the credit card on file for every hour that exceeds the 4 hour... Please note, if you stay over by 15 minutes you will be charged $50.00

 

Starts at $975.00 up to 40 people.  There is a $10.00 fee per person beyond 40.  We allow for exactly 40 chairs.

PlatinumPackage

ALL inclusive complete setup, includes everything EXCEPT the actual food and drinks. Includes a 2 tier cake & 24 mini cupcakes OR a dessert Table.

 

Table and chair linens, balloon column, decorations, table center pieces, high quality disposable plates, napkins, utensils and chargers or table placemats if appropriate for event decor.

     

We set-up and cleanup. The facility tables, chairs and floor MUST be cleared of food and debris prior to leaving or an excessive cleaning fee will be charged.  

Starts at $1550.00 up to 40 people.  There is a $25.00 fee per person beyond your contracted guest count.  

Our Packages

  •  The Event Suite at Sweet Confections Cakes focuses on our clients’ wishes at the forefront, customizing unique events that are perfectly suited to their needs. Interested in celebrating with us? Read on to learn more about what we offer.  

  • All of our packages allow for a flat of 5hours.  Within the 5 hours is your set-up and clean up time.  If your event is scheduled to start at 5 pm and you want to set-up your food at 4pm.  Rental time will begin at 4pm and end at 9pm.  That means you may bring your food in at 4pm, set-up your additional items and you will have 4 hours of reception/party time.  Additional time can be purchased by the hour.  

  • Our events must end by 12 mid-night.  All events (including music) must stop to clean 30 minutes prior to stop time to ensure all personal items are removed from the  facility and the premises are vacated by end time.  Please, no lingering in the parking lot. 

  • We do NOT offer maid service. If we must clear tables and pickup large amounts of food/trash with blatant disregard for the facility we WILL charge an excessive  cleaning fee of $350.00  

DIY Package


Venue to Host the event.  

Rental  for 5 hours . Includes use of Bluetooth Speaker, Round OR rectangular tables, and chairs.  Must purchase CAKE OR Dessert package through Bakery.

Starts at $425.00 - 5 hour rental. Additional time can be purchased at $95.00 per hour. 

Full day rental available (8.5hours) cost $850.00 .

Wedding & Reception Package
 

This all inclusive package, starts with Complimentary Bridal Suite, set-up for the wedding, transformation for the reception, tent for either the wedding or cocktail hour (weather permitting). High quality disposable dinner and dessert plates, napkins, utensils. Includes tiered wedding cake OR dessert table.

Bridal package allows the bride to arrive 2hours prior to the start of the event  to prepare for her special day, 1 hour for the wedding, Cocktail hour and 5hours for the reception.

Starts at $2450.00 up to 40 people.  There is a $25.00 fee per person beyond 40
