This package is perfect for themed events such as TikTok-themed parties, Safari Jungle, Butterfly themed events, etc.  Don't have a theme, just want particular colors, no problem.  Table and chair linens, balloon columns, decorations, table centerpieces, high-quality disposable plates, napkins, utensils and chargers or table placemats if appropriate for event decor.

 

ALL inclusive complete setup, includes 5 hours to celebrate, includes everything EXCEPT the actual food ice, and drinks.  It also includes a 2-tier cake & 24 mini cupcakes OR a Dessert Table is included in the package. If you have 50 guests a 3tier cake is included. 

   

We set-up your event and cleanup afterwards so that you don't have to. The facility tables, chairs and floor

MUST be cleared of food and debris prior to leaving or an excessive cleaning fee will be charged.  

  ** This package can NOT be used for Wedding Anniversary, Vow Renewal OR Reception Only.  You MUST use the       

       Wedding & Reception Package or Venue Rental ONLY.

Chiavari Chairs

Upscale your event, change the entire feel and look by upgrading to chiavari chairs which are available in Gold, Silver or Rose Gold.  Inquire about cost 

Custom  Floor Wrap

A themed floor wrap will change the entire look of the event. We can even put a custom message such as your name/custom message OR even your picture.  Inquire about cost and ability to customize.

Slushy Machine Rental

Create custom slushy/frozen drinks for your guests.  Drinks can be created for both the children and adults.  Yes, you can add alcohol to the slushy machine for adult drinks. You MUST provide all juice, soda, alcohol, etc.  Rental fee $175.00

Tiered Cake OR Dessert Table

You decide on a 2 tier (3 tier with 50 guests) wedding cake OR Dessert Table, comes free in the package and matches the decorations/color of your event.  Please do NOT bring in cakes , desserts or treats not purchased through Sweet Confections Cakes without written approval.  By doing so, the security deposit will be forfeited, in other words your deposit will NOT be refunded.   NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Mirrored Champagne Wall

A beautiful way to elegantly display yout bubbly drinks.  Our mirrored champagne wall holds the champagne glasses creating an elegant upscale display
